I ordered a kit by "Pay shipping fee of $4.95" Then when I had a check bounce at the bank I found they had withdrawn $115.00 that I had not authorized. I contacted emerald lux via e-mail and was told I was taken off their monthly shipments and that my "trial period" had expired and they were unable to refund the $115.00
