I actually called toshiba support they connected me to saveology stated i was lucky winner took my money from my account havent heard nothing from them cant get in touch with them have emailed several times also called at this time i am assuming they will be taking this monthly fee of 9.95 from my account again in few days ANY SUGGESTIONS??
