I purchased a discounted certificate to Fandango & restaurant.com on Dec. 9. Saveology would not recognize my email to claim the certificate. I called seven times - from Dec. 14 to Dec. 29 - and spoke to Liberty, Caidie, Maffiel, and Caitie. They all had the same story - we'll check and call you back. No one ever called back and each time I called, there was the same blank response as if it were the first time.
I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Caitie promised a credit to my Visa account within 3 days. I'm still waiting.
