I ordered an iTunes gift card back on December 13.By the beginning of January, I hadn't heard anything so I called saveology's customer service number. There was no answer. I emailed customer service and didn't hear anything for another week at least. I finally received a call from someone identifying herself as a representative of the company.
She promised I would receive the gift card and to look for a "plain white envelope" as if I had thrown it out by mistake. Anyway fast forward to the beginning of February and I get an email from a "Maria Espinoza" stating "please forgive the delay your Itunes card was sent today. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive them." I have never received it and the 7-10 days gives them just enough time for the 60 days credit card reporting period to expire.
It's not the amount of money, it's that saveology can't deliver what I bought.
