I was fraudulently charged for several months of service that I did not once acknowledge or give consent to. I purchased a pair of shoes over the phone back in January and was consequently charged for a credit service that I was never made aware of during said initial purchase. Once I discovered that I was being charged without my consent, I called them to dispute the charges and ask for a refund. Their customer service representatives hung up on me (twice) and failed to acknowledge their unethical business practices. I asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to speak to me in a very rude and sarcastic manner while refusing to give me back my money. After refusing to take no for an answer, she then suggested I use my credits towards a purchase and would not transfer me to her superior (or even tell me their name). I asked several times her them to speak respectfully, which they never did, and to kindly give me back my money and they ultimately refused and hung up.
