This company charged me twice 39.99 each time for two months which got transfered over to one of their "credits." when I asked for my money to be refunded since I do not wish to purchase anything, their agent told me that their credits are non refundable. Even if I wanted to purchase something and return it, I would not get my money back because their credits can only be exchanged. Basically, I would not get my money back either way whether or not I wish to buy anything from them. This company does not tell you when you are charged every month until you look at your bank statement. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership and literally impossible to get your money back. Each time I called their 24/7 number, I had to wait over half an hour to speak with someone who repeated the same things and were very unhelpful.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not get enticed into their 50% off first order deal! You will be signing into a lot of trouble and hassle with this company. Their shoes and bags are made cheaply and is NOT worth $40. You'll be better off paying more for better quality and avoiding this scheming scamming company!!
