I ordered a sharp 80" tv on 2/17 and was told that they had a few in stock and would hold one for me. I wired the money on 2/18. I was told the order was released the next day and that I would receive a tracking number and arrange for delivery. I was then told that they did not have a unit and trying to find one. During a phone call that a unit had in fact arrived in Orlando on Friday and I would receive it on Monday. It was just another lie. Next phone call I was told a refund would be issued through a wire transfer or cashier's check. On 3/28 I was told a refund was only possible through PayPal which could not happen. It's now 4/6 and they still have not refunded my purchase price. Subsequent searches on BBB and other sites report numerous occasions of failure to deliver with all the similar excuses and stories.
