On 2/22, I ordered Samsung TV through online. Roman, Sales Director emailed me and asked to wire the money for him to hold the item for 24 hours. He said he had 2 TVs left. After verfying deposit, he emailed me wait for shipping information and said to look at shipping policy. I was not aware why he wanted me to see company's shipping policy. It was his way to take our money without sending merchandise. He made me wait for 16 business days as if the item was on the way for delivery. He did not provide tracking number. After the last day he promised per his shipping policy, he said what I wanted. As I told him that I wanted full refund, he said, "anyway, I don't have Samsung." He took the money without the product and told me repeatedly that the TV was "on the way or on track." He told me to send my bank name and account number so that could wire the money. Later, he said that he would issue a check. After many phone calls and emails over a week, he said that he emailed refund check on 3/27 but nothing came until today.
