I have the same complaint as all the other ones listed. I was charged automatically on my credit card for product I did not authorize and was told I could only get a 30.00 refund from Mike Brown. He answered my phone call and insisted I authorized the purchases. I did not receive any confirmation to that effect or I would have cancelled the "trial product" before the order went through. The website is very deceiving and the only charges that should have applied were for $4.95 and no more. Mike Brown was very rude and said he could not give me a refund then he said he would give me only $30.00 back. This company should be taken off the internet and charged with fraud and false advertising.
