I ordered my Dad the season 1-7 of the Sopranos for his birthday. They sent me an email a few days later saying they received my payment but it was for someone else's account. I put in a complaint with the company. On my bank statement, which I check everyday, there were 2 charges from that company. One for $. 57 and another for $56.63. They were supposed to do ONE charge for $55.99. I called my bank told what was going on and asked if they could get me a number to the company because they were charging my account without my permission. They checked into it and told me that there was no number for them because they are in China! They sent me a tracking number that turned out to be fake. So i will not get the dvds. Not that I want them now anyways. My bank credited my account for the full $57.20 that they stole from me. I emailed them SEVERAL times. Got no reply. I have tried logging into the account I made and they must have deleted it because I cant log in now. Bastards. Do not use dvds-home.net!!! It's a scam!!!
