I received several calls from a restricted # but ignored it a few times but eventually answered and a man that had an accent that sounded like an India accent said that I was approved for a payday loan and than he said that i had to call this # and give a reference # and i would recieve the money i needed. I called the # and another India sounding person answered took the reference # then said I had to get a vanilla reload card to put 90.00 on the card and my funds would be released. I did this and called the company they said they would call back within 45 mins but when i called back 1 hr later their answer machine came on. THen i left a message stating that this is a scam and i would go to the authorites. Then about 1 hour later a man with a slight accent called me and said that their was a problem and that i was acutally approved for 1500.00 and i needed to send another 290.00 in order to receive this money and that i would get my 90.00 back along with the 290 when they send the 1500.00 I hung up on him. I am a mother of 3 struggling to make ends meet I work a full time seasonal position which is ending in a week and i needed to pay some of my bills ahead before i am unemployed I really believed this was true... Now i am out of my 90.00 and worse off then before. Please help me. They need to be stopped.
