I received a call on my cell phone, stating that a Xander Cage -this man had a very thick accent, and it is also funny that is a Vin Diesel character, from Morgan and Associates was calling in regards to a lawsuit from a cash co who operates for over 40 divisions of online loans, which included cashnetusa and payday one - loan companies that I have had loans with and are in good standing. He stated that I owed a payday 360 (one loan company that I have never had a loan with) 685.00. I thought this was in regards to my current loan which I had just refianced on so I told him that I would contact them in regards to this. At this point, I became suspicious and contacted all of the loan companies that I have done loans with. I am in good standing with all of them. I then proceeded to call Xander back and ask more questions. A new guy named Mike answered the phone and he was able to pull up my information. He also had a very thick accent. I then asked for the contact information for payday360, he gave me the number 815 280 0393. It was really scary, because they did have my bank account number and email address, but they could only repeat the last 4 of my ss #. I then called payday360, which the person answered, answered hello. I asked the gentleman's name and his name was Mike. I am sure it was the same guy who claimed to be from Morgan and Associates. I got mad and asked what kind of scam are they running? He acted stupid. I then asked for him to email me the paperwork on my loan and whatever balance I may owe them. I am waiting for the email now, but I doubt I will receive it. I did a search on all of the numbers that his company has provided me and none of them are listed in the phone directory. I also did a search for a payday 360 and could not find any information.
