I received a call today stating exactly the same thing. It started with a voicemail on my work phone yesterday that told me that I must respond "today" or all they could do was wish me luck. This voicemail was from "Moses". I called him back because I know that I don't have any outstanding payday loans and he told me that National Payday Loans had written off a loan to me that I did not pay and that they are collecting it.
He had me verify the last four of my SSN and tried to obtain other information before I asked him to fax me some sort of documentation. He told me that my documentation was the 15 emails they had sent me previously and that they would be at my house at 11am tomorrow morning to arrest me so I need to make sure I had someone that could go get me out.
Since I know I don't owe this money, I told him to do whatever he needed to do and that I would be there to meet him and hung up. Then, I searched the phone number and found out about the scam and called him back and told him that I am reporting him and he hung up. Scam!!!
