All Seasons RV & Marine Misrepresented what they were selling me. Before purchasing this trailer I told by the salesman (Lance Kuykendall) that I intended to live in it Full time as this would be my House. He told me that that would be no problem.
It was not until after the purchase that All Seasons RV & Marine let me see the Owners manual.in the Manual it states on Page -8-18- "That This Trailer Is Not Designed Nor Intended As Permanent Housing. Use Of This Product For Long Term or Permanent Occupancy May Lead To Premature Deterioration Of Structure."
It also says that it may therefore reduce the warranty protection. If I would of had this information before signing the papers I would not have signed. I spent one night in the unit on All Seasons RV & Marine's lot and found other things that would not make this a usable trailer for my purposes.
First thing the next morning I told the Sales manager that I wanted out of the deal. Dan Morris the VP of All Seasons RV & Marine came up with many excuses why it could not be undone. Saying It was now a used unit since I spent a night in it on their lot. Saying That once the papers are sent to DMV it is a used Unit. Dan said if they took it back it would be worth $10,000 less because I spent one night in it.
Other dealers i have talked to told me that one night on the dealers lot did not make it a used unit and that they would have let me back out. All Seasons RV and Marine are just some greedy crooks. The Bank told me that at the dealers request the loan can be canceled anytime under 30 days. DMV says it take 3 to 4 weeks to process the papers and that can be stopped also at the dealers request.
It took All Seasons RV & Marine 10 days to fix things that were wrong with the trailer. And still didn't get them all done so I had to do them myself. I then removed it from their lot in Bend. I only stayed in the unit a couple of nights on All Seasons RV & Marine's lot until I was able to get back into my old trailer that I had to buy back from them.
I am sure they will not make as much reselling it as they would make from me since All Seasons RV & Marine sold it to me for $6,000 more than a dealer in Pasco Washington sells the exact same unit for. I was also told the with the Polar Package that this trailer would work down to -10f that was my main reason to buy it to start with. Since I travel to and from Alaska and it gets very cold in Oct. On the return trip. Well at 20f with the heat inside set at 70 The water pump and water lines to and from the pump froze up. I would Suggest everyone staying away from these crooks
