These people do not hold to there warranty of one year, this compressor did not even last 30 days before it started leaking out the front seal.
I want them to step up to the plate and cover as stated in warranty. Not make up some drawn out story on the number of testing proceedures it goes through. They are just making up this story as they told carquest it was because of not replacing all the components, then they tell me today that there was nothing wrong with the unit, a totally different story. That the unit tested fine. At least if your going to lie, keep your stories straight.
Requesting four seasons temperature control division to pay for r&r time, I already had to cover the added time for the mechanics to do the job twice, plus new r-134, o-rings, and other parts had to be also removed and changed because of possible contamination.
