I purchased a Regal Boat from Empire Marine valued at $80,000.00. When I brought the boat home the trailer tires started going flat in the drive way.
The tire repair service came out and determined that the trailer was undersized for the boat. I notified the dealer Empire Marine and after fighting with them and the trailer company had to have the trailer replaced.
When the new trailer showed up Empire Marine wanted me to repay for registration and taxes on the new trailer.
Now that I have caused an issue with them. They will no longer take care of warranty issues on the boat.
I am taking them to small claims court for re-imbursement for loss time and payments since the boat sat in my driveway for 4 months before I could use it.
