Unfortunately an impulse decision purchase due to some financial troubles…I purchased the starter kit & the exclusive package ($98 97.95), I had purchased it over the Easter weekend so I assumed nothing was put through & no packages could be sent. I tried calling on Monday & a pleasant sounding lady said a customer service person will contact me & I will get a refund but unfortunately the shippers already sent a package, I questioned how that was possible, they said they work separately all the way through. (The proof would be if I ever receive the package if there is a date stamp on it if they are lying). I then was contacted by a pleasant sounding gentleman today & he tried to convince me that it is legit & he will reduce the cost to just $98 for the both but if I guarantee I won't quit on him, he gave me very vague examples of what they do. I couldn't guarantee I wanted to do this so he rushed a refund number to use when the package arrives & I am to send it back, the phone started cracking on his end & I didn't hear his voice then he got a bit flustered and said he had other customers to attend to & hung up.
I have called my credit card company. DO that. If said company does nto co-opearte then you may be able to stop payment, but your card has to be charged first then dispute resolution thereafter.
