I was in the process of ordering P90X and was having a hard time deciding whether to get the deluxe package or the regular package. After I finally completed the transaction, I got 3 Order Confirmations. 2 for the regular package and 1 for a deluxe package.
I then immediately called to resolve the issue. I was told that the 2 regular packages were canceled and I would receive the deluxe package. She said I would receive a confirmation number in an email. Never received it.
I decided to call the next morning to verify. The lady that picked up sounded REALLY similar to the lady I talked to the night before. It had been less than 8 hours between calls so this was very possible. I asked her about my account and she saw no cancelations. I then decided to cancel all of my orders and she sent me a confirmation number. I still didn't believe they were canceled though, so I tried calling back to get another person. I called two more times and got a lady with the exact same voice but with a different name each time, so I hung up. I then went to the online chat and they were able to verify they were canceled.
I still wanted P90X, but at this point I didn't want to pay full price. I contacted them again and was first told 50% off shipping was the best they could do. When I didn't budge, they offered something like $50 off. I wanted the deluxe package for the price of the regular. The guy finally told me he would have corporate call me tomorrow. Lets see how that goes. I will not buy P90X unless I get the deluxe package for the price of the regular package.
This is no way to treat customers!
