I, too, received a letter saying that a prize of $2,536, 092.23 was identified, and that I needed to send a $20.00 processing fee to receive my cash accounting by bonded carrier. Hello, if you win something, you win. How do you win by paying out? Not to mention that I never entered anything. I wish that Miami Vice would stake out this P.O.
