It seems I am not the only person who was tricked into this situation. I went to a Dillards website and the first thing that came up was a request to do a 5 question survey and in return I would receive a free gift of which I chould choose for only a shipping charge. Of course I had to give my bank information in order to pay for the shipping charge but I believed that would be all that would be debited from my account. Today I have a $98.00 debit from my banking account. I called the company who states that I checked a box "terms and conditions" and states those terms were that I could keep the necklace for 14 days or return it. I honestly do not remember seeing this statement or even a terms and conditon box or words on the ad. I certainly would not have agreed to it. Now I see from this website that others have also fallen for this scam so evidently that are crafty at tricking people in their advertisement. I want my money refunded and this company should stop this kind of fradulent practice. Peggy (Personal Information Removed)
