Phone complaint referenc # 014830103. April 1.
Two parts of the complaint. 1) the $60 service fee which we were never told about and if we did know, we would have used the money to bring in a computer expert. Our Outlook mail server was blocked and after hours of contact with the Comcast technicians, including at least 3/4 hour of wait time for each contact, I lost my ability to send e-mails as well as our ability to receive. I then asked for a service man and we waited 1/2 an hour for the gal setting up our appointment to get through, we finally received an appointment but was never told that we were to be charged. We received our bill with the charge on it, tried to reach a Comcast supervisor and after another few hours of wait time we received a complaint number and the supervisor we reached graciously removed the charge.

The second and more important complaint that my husband and I have is the horrible service that Comcast provides. I'm sure Comcast is making enough money so that they can hire more technicians and account executives so the wait time can be lessened.in our economy, I really believe that when your services are so inconvenient, it shows a disrespect for your customers and with the hugh profit margin, your monopoly makes, there is no reason, you can not employ more workers to assist with the employment problem.'
