Applied to purchase an aged off the shelf company. Funds were transferred and accepted. Identity checks insisted on information that simply did not exist, everything that could be supplied was supplied (full copy of passport etc). We asked for the money back they refused stating they would not refund any money. They therefore refused to refund the money or transfer the company, so we were left with nothing. The following year they sent us another bill for management services of the company we did not even own! The whole time they continue to insist they are correct - even though they have our money, and have refused to provide what we have paid for. A check through google has found other instances where people have had similar problems, they threaten them with legal action until the posts are removed.
