Services and refusal of services already paid for.) i had the service installed 5/17. The service began to get slower and slower after installer left. I called to have it fixed and all i get is someone in the philipeans who constantly put me on hold and refuse supervisors or refuse a full refund prior to my 30 days being up. The service is extremely slow for $80.00 a month service. Refused documentation of public knowledge, refused service at the speed i am paying for, refused to refund my money as requested and stated in the warranty prior to 30 day refund policy being up.
This company is nice in the beginning but i have only had my service for (25) days total and the speeds are so slow that dialup is faster. When conducting a test of this $80.00 a month service they refused to fix it, refused to get a supervisor, refused to refund my $512.97, and hung up the phone 5 times after having me on hold for 15-25 minutes each time i called long distance. I do not recommend this service ever. You will always get someone from the phillipeans and they refuse to transfer you when asked. Good thing i recorded every call i made to them. It got them on the phone flat out stating they are refusing me service. Oh and did i mention i already paid $512.97 in full.
