I purchased what I thought was a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 through my University's link to Kivuto, thinking that this was some kind of student discount (I wasn't thinking to check Microsoft's web site and see that they sell Office 365 to students for the same price). When I purchased the software, it would not install. I went around the "back way" that Microsoft suggested to find that the Product Key Kivuto issued me was invalid. Kivuto will not change my product key or refund my money. They won't answer the phone. I just want a refund or a working product key that I paid for.
