I called 855-560-4873 to receive the "free" WalMart / Loews card. After their not satisfactorily answering my questions, I told them I was not interested. Smart Shopper replied they would not send the product (Hydroxatone), yet I received it today. I sent it back to Hydroxatone and requested a credit to my debit card.
I tried numerous time to get the address of Smart Shopper and the representatives hung up on me each time. It is my understanding that they are located in Phoenix, AZ, but a representative from Better Business Bureau in Phoenix could not find a listing for that company.
