I received a call from Smart Shopper Savings Club; they told me they would send a package and I would have a certain amt of time to review the program, and could cancel at any time. I never received a package. Six week laters I got a call that my account was delinquent and that I needed to pay 3.95 for the previous week or I would be turned in to collections. I told the gal I never got the package, and should not have to pay for a service that I did not receive. She gave me a web address, www.the smart shoppers savings.com and a 16 digit password, and that I could go online and look at the program. I told her I would do that, but would not pay for a service that I did not receive, and she told me I would be responsible for the charges anyway and would be turned into collections and hung up on me. I still have not been able to find their web site, where I was instructed to go to cancel the program.
