I thought I was talking to Apple support. They charged me 99.00 to upgrade my computer to Mountain Lion. When I was transferred to the technician, he told me I did not have enough memory. I asked for a refund and he provided me with the billing number. Billing told me that there was a 50 dollar non-refundable fee. The sales woman NEVER mentioned a non-refundable fee. Otherwise, I never would have proceeded. I am waiting for a manager to call me back. This company is a big SCAM!!
