I purchased a trial and when I called to let them know I did not want to continue and was not happy with the product not only did they bill me a second time but now today they are billing me another $40.00 for an autoship. I originally notified them 10.2012 to cancel and relationship as it relates to trials/auotship. They prmoised me they would stop the autoships and billing. They did stop the autoships but not the billing total crooks.
