I just received November bill and was surprised to found 2 new voice-mail services on my bill. Neither of these had been subscribed by my wife either through they had her e-mail address somehow. ATT&T without contacting me just went right ahead and billed me just because someone somewhere said to!
This needs to be stopped.in this time of greater and greater scams going on companies like ATT&T needs to contact the customer before just sticking any and every bill that comes along onto the ATT&T bill.
ATT&T has refunded me my money supposedly but told me that I still needed to contact Total Protection also to help stop the billing.
I am still trying to contact Total Protection in an attempt to stop the billing.
