I ordered the Carleton Sheets "No Down Payment" Course in November. At the time I ordered the course I was very clear that I was not interested in any other materials, services or free trials. I ordered by credit card, (big mistake). A company called PEI not only started billing me $9.99 per month they billed me for the previous month also. I did not notice the billing for several months due to the small amount and the fact that I purchase items from REI a sporting goods store and the billing on my statement looks similar. Finally, I called and requested a refund and the billing to stop. They agreed but the billing continued. Second big mistake, I believed they had stopped billing me. Since I was working out of town for the next few months I paid my credit card automatically and did not have a chance to review it. Then in Sept I called again. Same story no action. Its now Jan. Of 2006 and PEI is still billing me. I called and again they agreed to stop billing. Still waiting.
