I ordered the trial product in February without knowing about the automatic membership, when the trial was over and I was billed I called the company and talked to customer service to cancel that account and to take my name off the billing list. They kept trying to push me into keeping it with a discount or extending my free trial, and I kept telling them I just want to return it and be taken off the billing list and receive my refund. After talking to customer service twice and getting the RMA number the second time and being told I was taken off the billing list I sent the product back and was through with them. I found out today that they charged my $87.47 and $69.99 today and that apparently they didn't cancel my account and are still billing me. I want my refund and to be permanently taken off the billing list. The product was sent back and signed for by a B Bakkal on February 25th at 3:24pm.
