I ordered two phones from tracfone n i got one phone but i did not get my other phone that i ordered n i did call them n i did call fedex. Now it is march 26 n i still do not have my phone i called fedex again they told me that the phone has been lost so fedex gave me a clam number to give to tracfone so i called n gave to tracfone n they said that there is nothing that they can do about the lost phone n that i would not get my money back from the order that i never got n that if i wanted another phone that i would have to pay for another $43.55 for another phone.
The order number when i buy the phone online said#5802519
the tracking number that fedex gave me is#556824956768
the phone model that i asked to buy is Samsung T404G tripple min phone.
I would like the phone or my money back.
