Sending important documents to South Korea

I sent important personal documents via UPS to my boss in South Korea, I paid a premium to use UPS instead of a company I didn't know, because I needed to make sure my parcel would get there securely.
They totally the delivery address, I had to phone twice to correct it they eventually told me they couldn't track it further than Korea and they didn't know where my parcel was.
Turned out that it had already been delivered. But this only after the Korean UPS office had to phone the person my parcel was going to, to get the correct address.
I was mortified at the inept attitude by their staff to find out what was happening with my parcel. They were completely unsympathetic to the fact that it was confidential information that had been "lost".
Thanks UPS, great advertising for DHL!
