This parcel was suppose to send to Indonesia end of March. On 4th Apr, we have received a call from local Fedex that we need to provide all the documents in order for the parcel to be cleared from the custom. We have provided them all the necessary documents and in between there are a lot of miscommunication and thus delay of clearance of the parcel. Till today, we have no news from Fedex and the parcel is still with them. This case can go up to a year who knows? I am very disappointed with the way Fedex is working. I will NEVER use Fedex anymore. Also, this is not the first time I encounter problem from Fedex.
