I ordered a 6 item Green Coffee Bean product on March 9. At the end of the transaction, I saw a price totaling an amount that I didn't agree with so I called the toll free number immediately, and after being offered 2 other price lines, I told the customer service person that I wished to cancel the order. I was told that it would be and thought that was the end of it. This was all within a one hour time frame. On March 11 I saw the $148.00 deducted from my bank account, and on March 20 I received the original order that I had cancelled. I called the customer service number and was told I could send it back but I would be charged a $5.95 re stocking fee on each item! I argued with those people for an hour and a half, spoke to a supervisor and still could not resolve the issue. The supervisor was supposed to e mail the Fulfillment center to see if the re stock fees could be waved and I have not heard anything since. I called two other toll free numbers associated with this place and can't even get them to tell me the name of their management company or the email address of this Fulfillment center. I have filed a complaint with Better Business, and my bank, but the aggravation is unbelievable.
