First off. Make sure and read the terms and conditions. I ordered the free trial power colon cleanse. They said they would charge $5.95 shipping and handling and send you a free trial. But here is the info in the terms and conditions. You have to act fast... 14 days from original order date to return the free trial and you have to call customer care to cancel your membership which you are automatically enrolled in.in order for them to accept your returned product you need a assigned rma number, which they send to your e-mail address. It takes up to 48 hours to get that. I'm waiting still. Has only been a couple of hours since i called them. 1- (780)-747-1377.
