With another couple we purchased a travel package from Stormy Point Travel back in 2009. After trying for a couple of years to get a vacation package. Which never seem to materialize - we were informed that Summer Winds Travel took over. Our friends were notified of a $99 year payment that WE were never informed of. We were told if we didnt use it we need not pay a yearly fee - only if we use the service in a particular year. This was supposed to be a life time membership. Now when we try to contact them for a package deal we are not registered any longer as a member. How is this a life time membership if we cannot access it any longer? Want our membership reinstated or money back - simple!!!
