0n May 11we visited stormy point village, while their summer winds & travel sold us a time share good every 3rd year and a vacation plan. Their 2 sales people told us this vacation plan was that we could get a weeks vacation stay at any 1 of the condos or units in their system for $299.00 a week. These weeks were good at any resort & any location at anytime at our time & convenience! When we tried to book a week we find out that they lied to us. These weeks are only good at their locations that were extra unused or unbooked weeks, about 5 weeks in advance of their dates.in other words we could only get a weeks stay at the locations & dates that they had extra or could not book, usually the least desirables and leftovers. This is why we want our $9,368.00 refunded to us because these vacation weeks plan is the reason we bought this. And they are not like we were promised and sold to us! 2 salespeople & a sales mgr. All guaranteed these vacation weeks were anywhere, and anytime. I am retired & on a fixed income like most retirees are, and cannot afford to be cheated or lose this much money. I think this company preyed upon us as we are senior citizens! If this business was a reputable one, they are still responsible for their employees unsavory & high pressure sales tactics, and they would refund our money to do the right thing. One other thing is the names of the salesmen were Tony & Tillman, and the sales mgr. S name was Bud.
