They misrepresented themselves as Apple tech support. They charged my credit card $249.99 for a year of unlimited support and then transferred me to a tech overseas. After 53 minutes on the phone they could not resolve a simple issue. I asked to be transferred and the tech would not transfer me back to billing. I called and they tried to keep me on the phone and told me I would still have to pay the $50 diagnostic fee. Apple was able to resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes.
