After my husband and I attended a 2 hour presentation promising use of their website to book cheap travel deals we got suckered into buying. After we left we did not feel comfortable on how good this sounded. Lots of promises and free gifts. So we started to research this company that they claimed had been in business over 30 years. Yet their website was put up only as of last year. Then we started reading how many complaints were filed against this company. We did not feel comfortable dealing with these people and good thing we read the contract that said we had 3 business day to cancel the agreement in writing with certified letter. Yeah they do this since they well know a lot of people are on vacation and won't get to the contract until after they arrive home.By then it's too late to cancel. Well I've sent the letter by third business day and have called several times and still they won't return my call. Good thing I cancelled the credit card but I don't think I will get my 350 dlls we put down. It's ok I have another trip to go down there in a few weeks and they will hear me and I WILL let people there know what kind of crooks they are dealing with. I wand my money back and will get it even if I have to stand out there on 3790 Paradise Rd ste 210, and tell all other customers that they are just scam company. Someone needs to stop them.
