Attended "seminar" on Timeshare Resale resolutions in March. Program and costs were $100's more on paper than presented by "sales"people, phone number and website non-existent. Allowed a $350 "deposit" to be charged to American Exp., but cancelled charge over phone next day and sent certified letter to Prestige Software within 48 hours, after reading"fine print". Prestige said deposit was" non-refundable process fee" and redebited account. This happened every month until I cancelled credit card. Nothing was ever processed, contract was cancelled. Nothing was started or delivered. Amex still billing me for $350. Sect 13-301, Title 13 Consumer Protection Act, Par 3,5, 8 defines this practice as deceptive. Therefore American Express participates in fraudulent scheme.
