Purchase a vacation package from WRCI which became Prestige Software. Tried to book a vacation on 10/25 but could not. I contacted the company and after many days I was informed that the company had not properly filed my email address so that is why I could not book vacation one. The company's fault for not following through.
The second time I tried to book a vacation was on 9/25 but this time my email was okay but their web-site name expired on 9/22 and was pending renewal or deletion. I called the salesperson who sold me the vacation package but he did not call me back. So I had paid $2,390.00 on my credit card and 9 payments of $85.00 totaling $3,155.00!! Both times I tried to book a vacation, it was WRCI or Prestige Software poor management and poor customer service management's fault. I want my money back along with damages.
