Two transactions of $. 4.95 were made to Bellegenix and Purasilk for the trial sample on 14th January. I waited for the trial sample which they said they had sent by USPS but it did not come. On 10th and 11th February they debited my credit card with two transactions of $99.95 which were not authorized by me. I have informed my credit card provider that these transactions were not authorized by me and I also queried Bellegenix and Purasilk on the same but the response I received was unsatisfactory. I have been charged for these two transactions in my current credit card statement and have filled in a dispute form. However, the credit card provider insists that I should make payment.
