I have not lost money yet as I checked out this site when I went back to it, after I paid shipping on earrings, and found this site. The terms of agreement are such that this company can continue to charge fees to one's credit card. The trick is to cancel in writing immediately within the time frame in that agreement. I also contacted my bank and requested that they dispute the payment when the charge comes through.
Miu Milano found me by asking me to participate in a survey as I was leaving Amazon.com, so I wrote to alert Amazon.
I was pretty harsh in my cancellation of the order, requesting that they send me an email acknowledging they received the cancellation order. When they are opened I shall also request a cancellation by telephone. I informed them if I could determine that they had broken any laws, I would contact the Glendale CA Police Department. If I do not have any success with the cancellation, I shall complain to the Glendale PD, for what it is worth.
