I noticed a charge for $98 that was placed on my bank account. After quite a bit of investigating, I found out that this was due to my husband placing an order for a necklace after completing a survey. I found the contact information for the MiuMilano company here on this website, and contacted them by phone. It seems that, unbeknownst to my husband, the purchase of the necklace ($7.99) was only for a trial period of 14 days, after which he would be charged the full price of $98. He also was enrolled to receive more products from this company every 30 days. I was able to cancel that, but was given only an email address to dispute the charge of $98 and to return the necklace. I have already emailed them. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and will file a claim. Supposedly, the information regarding additional fees and enrollment is located somewhere in the "terms of service" at time of purchase. It must have been buried somewhere, because my husband certainly never saw it.
