I tried to contact technical support for toshiba because I bought 2 laptops for christmas and neither one of them has worked since day one. I returned one and got a new one and the new one doesnt work right. The second one sat in the box for a month because my daughter was with her father and when she started to use it the sound didnt work. I did a google search for technical support and came up with the above website and phone number. When I called the women who answered did not speak very good english and I could hear children playing in the background. She immediately told that there would be a charge. I thought the site was very unprofessional. And the toshiba laptops are a whole other matte
