Jeffrey Duane Bailey fled from the State of TX to avoid paying child support THE DAY the court orders went into effect. He is currently residing in the State of FL. He has family there. They are Joan Giampietro of the Sarasota, FL area and his brother Jason Bailey of the Orlando, FL area.
He is in arrears of over $10,000.00 (not including the mandatory 12% interest the court has ordered for each month he is late paying). This does not include all past medical bills and half of the insurance he is ordered to pay.
The State suspects that Jeff is working under the table for either his family or some other company to avoid detection of income.
Jeff's usual occupation is an offset printer. Approximately 6'6-6'7 feet tall. Has various tattoos on his arms, shoulders and back. He has custody of two other children named Tyler and Brittney.
