Sheila Branson (AKA Sheila Bailey or Sheila Carlton) has not paid her child support or medical support in over three years.

She left the state of Texas over a year ago after a court hearing where the judge told her that paying $0 was unacceptable and she needed to get a job.

She has three warrants out for her arrest in Texas. She is believed to be in Alabama or on the road with her truck driver boyfriend, Mark Bailey.

She never even called her daughters to tell them she was leaving or to say good-bye.
