An Operator call my home on a Saturday, trying
to sale an extended warranty for my car. So at this time, I begin to asked the Sales associate
by the name "CASEY", where he got my personal information from, he begin to be evasive, and he
preceded in his sales pitch on how he is doing me a favor. CASEY narcissistic attitude came into play at this point, everything went down hill from there. Casey need to be trained in his
approach, courtesy, skills. This will benefit Casey & the company. This individual owe me an apology this will speak volumes on him & RCN TELECOM, praying that he was having a bad day.interested in a warranty & RESPECT!
