Bought a set of mattresses a week ago at Waco Mattress. Paid in full, scheduled delivery for Friday evening when we didn't get them I called them and the owners were rude, didn't appologize and basically didn't care and wanted to deliver them the next day. It wasn't good customer service nor was it my fault that they had other deliveries. My delivery was scheduled a week ago! I got my money back, the check was pretty much thrown at me with no appologies. No customer service!!! Rude! Inconsiderate and I will NEVER purchase a mattress from Waco Mattress again! Nobody should.
